Are you a seasoned HRIS and Payroll professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? Lattice is seeking a dedicated and experienced HRIS and Payroll Implementation and Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days/week, Eastern Time hours). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a smooth and successful implementation of our HRIS and Payroll solutions.

What You’ll Do at Lattice:

• Lead Complex Implementations: Manage the entire HRIS and Payroll implementation process for our key clients, from initial planning and setup to data migration, configuration, and go-live support.
• Cultivate Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building rapport and addressing their needs effectively to ensure a seamless transition.
• Drive Project Success: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Provide Expert Support: Deliver hands-on technical support to clients post-go-live, troubleshooting issues, assisting with customizations, and coordinating solutions to ensure their continued success.
• Empower Users Through Training: Conduct engaging training sessions for both administrators and end-users, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively utilize our HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Optimize Processes: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implementation processes and best practices, while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement based on client feedback and implementation experiences.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure client feedback is heard and incorporated into the ongoing development of our HRIS and Payroll solutions.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HRIS implementation, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, high-touch client implementations.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll systems, including data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with project management tools and support ticketing systems is a plus.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A proven ability to provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of client needs and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Project Management Expertise: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently and adhere to strict timelines.
• Communication Prowess: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Problem-Solving Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Compensation

The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $40.00 – $57.00.
