Join Our Global Payroll Team as a Payroll Processor

Are you a detail-oriented and experienced payroll professional looking to make a global impact? GoGlobal is seeking a talented Payroll Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for our diverse client base across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our payroll team, you will:

  • Manage the complete payroll cycle for assigned client accounts.
  • Verify and process all payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Accurately calculate gross-to-net pay and statutory contributions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, social security regulations, and labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate payroll reports, payslips, and statutory forms.
  • Handle offboarding calculations and final pay for client employees with precision.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and payroll data within our systems.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to payroll inquiries from clients and employees.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with local vendors and authorities to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support client onboarding, payroll transitions, and the development of comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation across supported countries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, ideally in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll processing is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • The ability to manage deadlines effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
