- Proactively identify and scope opportunities where workforce data can unlock solutions to critical business challenges, from optimizing hiring funnels to enhancing team performance.
- Collaborate closely across HR COEs (like Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs) and business teams to ensure analytical insights directly support organizational strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives and practical, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation
- Design, execute, and interpret rigorous people analytics analyses to answer key questions about workforce dynamics, effectiveness, and trends.
- Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and analytical tools that provide business leaders with ongoing visibility into crucial people metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into specific challenges, such as analyzing attrition drivers, evaluating hiring source effectiveness, or understanding engagement factors.
- Apply appropriate statistical methods to measure the impact and ROI of HR programs and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Champion the adoption and effective use of people analytics tools and data-driven insights throughout your supported function.
Data Integrity & Scalability
- Ensure the highest standards of data quality, consistency, and reliability within the people analytics data for your business area.
- Partner effectively with the Data Engineering and Data Warehouse teams to improve data collection processes, enhance data accessibility, and build robust data pipelines.
- Define and standardize key workforce metrics and calculations to ensure consistency across reporting and analysis.
- Develop scalable analytical solutions and frameworks that can be leveraged and replicated by other people analytics partners and teams.
What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise
To succeed in this impactful role, you’ll need a blend of analytical prowess, technical skill, and strategic consulting ability:

- A proactive and curious mindset with a history of identifying business problems that can be effectively addressed through people insights.
- Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and interpret workforce analytics projects to deliver meaningful business value.
- Outstanding communication, consulting, and data storytelling skills – the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Experience partnering directly with business leaders and HR stakeholders to frame workforce challenges as analytical questions and deliver impactful solutions.
