As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our team members have everything they need to succeed.

The Role: People Business Partner

As a People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to specific business units, enabling them to achieve peak performance. Reporting to the Manager, People & Planning, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders, providing guidance on program development, change management, and growth strategies as we scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing coaching and advisory support to business groups on areas such as performance, compensation, benefits, and organizational design.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Driving performance through the implementation and evolution of people programs.
  • Evolving our leave administration strategy to support employees through personal milestones.
  • Analyzing people data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leaders.
  • Collaborating with other People team members to create best-in-class solutions.
  • Staying informed about trends in the tech sector to provide valuable insights and advice.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a People Business Partner, ideally supporting a high-volume environment.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and foster trust quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Resilience and a problem-solving approach.

Compensation & Benefits: We Invest in Our People

Jobber offers a competitive and transparent compensation package, reflecting your experience and contributions. The salary range for this role is $98,300 – $133,100 annually. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop.
