What You’ll Do: Your Impact at Growe
As our People Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our team, empowering our people and supporting our continued success. Your key contributions will include:
- Navigating the Employee Lifecycle: Seamlessly guide team members through every stage, from welcoming new hires (onboarding) to supporting their growth (performance reviews, 1-to-1s, development plans) and managing transitions (offboarding).
- Cultivating Global Connections: Collaborate effectively with our diverse, international teams spread across different locations and nationalities.
- Optimizing HR Operations: Utilize our HRM system to manage employee data, documents, and streamline essential HR processes like adding new hires and making updates.
- Building Our Team: Contribute to talent acquisition by participating in interviews, focusing on evaluating soft skills and cultural alignment with our values.
- Championing Development: Support employee growth by identifying training needs and collaborating on the creation of effective Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
- Fostering a Harmonious Workplace: Proactively identify and skillfully navigate conflict situations to maintain a positive and productive environment.
What You Bring: Essential Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in HR and the following:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, specifically as a People Partner or HR Manager.
- Proven experience successfully supporting international teams.
- Hands-on experience managing core employee lifecycle processes.
- An Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication across our global teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee evaluation methodologies and various types of employee motivation.
- Practical experience utilizing ATS, CRM, or HRM systems.
- Experience within the IT or iGaming industry is considered a valuable asset.
