Job Title: Platform Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Platform Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As a Platform Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of building the core infrastructure that powers the future of Teachstone’s platform. If you are passionate about enabling educators and driving impactful learning experiences at scale, this is the role for you.
Role Overview: Build the Future of Educator Training
As our Platform Product Manager, you’ll own the development of foundational platform services that enable us to create, deliver, and track meaningful learning experiences for millions of teachers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure they can move faster, innovate more effectively, and deliver unparalleled experiences to educators. This includes leveraging emerging technologies like AI to unlock personalization, automate manual processes, and accelerate insights.
You’ll be joining a team in the midst of a full transition to the product operating model. We are looking for someone with direct experience working on platform teams in this model, who loves enabling value stream teams, and can model outcome-driven thinking across a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Define and deliver a platform strategy that closes critical capability gaps and unlocks scale. Prioritize initiatives that balance immediate value for value stream teams with long-term strategic alignment, including investments in AI capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Product Operating Model Advocacy: Champion the product operating model principles โ outcome-driven planning, empowered teams, and continuous discovery โ in all platform work. Collaborate deeply with value stream teams to understand their needs and remove blockers.
- Customer Insight & Internal Partner Engagement: Anchor all decisions in the ultimate end-user โ the educator. Translate feedback from value stream teams into actionable platform improvements, including opportunities for AI-driven automation or personalization.
- Success Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track success metrics for platform adoption, reliability, and business impact. Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide iteration and identify new opportunities for leverage.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform or infrastructure teams.
- Proven success in the product operating model.
- Demonstrated ability to support and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of prioritizing effectively and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Comfort navigating complex technical concepts โ including AI and machine learning โ and translating them into business value.
- Passion for improving educator and learner outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Fair, Competitive Pay: $90,000 – $135,000, based on experience and skills.
