Are you a seasoned pricing strategist with a passion for securing wins in the government contracting space? DLH is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Pricing Manager to lead the charge in developing and executing innovative pricing strategies for our critical capture and proposal efforts. What You’ll Do:

* Lead the development of comprehensive pricing strategies for major bids, serving as the go-to expert for all cost volume related activities.
* Provide strategic insights during RFP analysis, ensuring alignment between pricing approach, technical solution, and competitive landscape.
* Oversee the creation of detailed and compliant pricing models, ensuring they meet RFP requirements and support business objectives.
* Present impactful pricing recommendations to executive leadership, guiding informed decision-making during critical bid reviews.
* Drive the execution of Price-to-Win initiatives, integrating competitive intelligence to create compelling and winning cost submissions.
* Mentor and guide pricing analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
* Establish and enforce pricing standards, templates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain the highest quality.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Contracts, Program, and Capture teams to align pricing strategies with risk profiles, profitability goals, and operational capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 12+ years of experience in US Government contractor pricing, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
* Proven experience managing direct reports (highly preferred).
* Deep understanding of US Code & Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) related to contract pricing, including DFARS Estimating System criteria.
* A track record of successfully managing pricing teams and leading high-value proposal efforts.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive business decisions.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent. The expected base compensation range for this position is $175,000 – $185,000. The final offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards.
