Your Mission: Drive Product Excellence and Customer Delight

As a Product Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind key product initiatives, from conception to launch and beyond. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing product strategy, working closely with development, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure a laser focus on delivering exceptional value to our customers.

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct in-depth customer, competitor, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Translate insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data.
• Leverage AI tools strategically to improve product outcomes and team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is deeply passionate about customer success and user experience.
• Is data-driven and uses insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Is a self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and a growth mindset.
• Communicates effectively and builds buy-in across teams.
• Is a proven problem-solver with strong product intuition.
• Can effectively integrate AI solutions to optimize our products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in a subscription software environment (non-enterprise experience preferred).
• Experience defining a compelling product vision and executing against a prioritized roadmap.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Demonstrated history of using data to drive revenue growth.
• Experience auditing competitors and identifying market opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work at least half of 9am-5pm ET work hours.
