About the Opportunity: Product Manager, Player Growth

We are looking for a visionary and analytical Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will spearhead initiatives designed to significantly enhance core product metrics, particularly focusing on player retention, engagement, and LTV (Lifetime Value), across our diverse portfolio of games and products.

You will be instrumental in crafting player experiences that are not only intuitive but also deeply engaging, keeping players invested over the long term. You’ll collaborate closely with talented cross-functional teams – from Data Analysts and Game Designers to Engineers and Marketers – to unearth crucial player insights, validate strategic hypotheses, and successfully launch impactful products, features, and tools that fuel our growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have a solid track record as a Product Manager, ideally within the gaming or iGaming sector, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • You possess strong proficiency and practical experience in product analytics. You’re comfortable with techniques such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and calculating key metrics like retention and LTV.
  • Your ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable product insights and strategic recommendations is second to none.
  • You can confidently manage the entire end-to-end product development cycle, from initial insight gathering and ideation through to launching initiatives focused on player retention and meticulously measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and executing A/B testing, managing player lifecycles, and implementing effective retention mechanics and engagement loops is a must.
  • You have a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user motivation, and behavioral drivers specifically within the gaming/iGaming context.
  • You excel at writing concise, clear, and effective product documentation.
  • Your collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills are excellent, enabling you to work effectively across various teams.
  • You are proficient in English, with a level of B2 or higher.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, and impact-driven work environment.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

  • Proficiency in using various data analytics tools to measure and optimize both product performance and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Your Impact: What You’ll Do

In this role, you will directly influence our player growth strategy and execution:

  • Collaborate closely with our data engineers, analysts, researchers, and game designers to dive deep into player behavior patterns, generate innovative hypotheses, and transform them into tangible growth opportunities.
  • Actively leverage data to generate hypotheses and strategically prioritize the development of new products, tools, and features aimed at significantly improving core product metrics, with a strong emphasis on retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Design and implement comprehensive player retention strategies. This involves deep data analysis to pinpoint friction points and moments when players might churn, and meticulously mapping and optimizing end-to-end player journeys.
  • Contribute significantly to the evolution of our product roadmap, ensuring a robust pipeline of products, tools, and features that support sustainable long-term growth and maximize player retention.
  • Manage, analyze, and continuously improve existing tools and products specifically designed to enhance player retention and loyalty.
  • Take ownership of the entire A/B testing process: meticulously design experiments, rigorously evaluate results, and iterate based on data-driven findings to optimize performance.
  • Define and closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Track and report on the success and measurable impact of launched features and campaigns on player retention, engagement, and LTV.
  • Participate actively in qualitative research, including conducting user interviews, organizing playtests, and gathering feedback sessions, to gain a deeper, human-centric understanding of player motivations and needs.

  • The successful implementation and utilization of a robust reporting and analytics infrastructure that effectively supports strategic decision-making.
  • The delivery of a clear, well-defined, and actionable product roadmap with a strong focus on driving retention and engagement improvements.
  • Demonstrable, tangible improvements in key core metrics, including retention, session length, session frequency, engagement rates, and overall LTV.
  • The measurable impact of launched features and campaigns on both overall player satisfaction and long-term LTV.
