The Opportunity

As a Project Analyst – AR Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of our clinical trial projects. You will be the primary point of contact for study Sponsors/Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), managing all financial aspects from contract review to invoice generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts teams.
• Thoroughly review contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify key financial terms and conditions for accurate and timely invoicing.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to optimize project performance and proactively identify potential budget concerns.
• Perform financial quality control of study visits within the RealTime (RT) system to ensure accurate revenue billing.
• Reconcile study visit data between RealTime and Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of all billable items, maintaining comprehensive supporting documentation.
• Compare current and past revenue records to identify and report any necessary revenue adjustments to the Director of Revenue Cycle.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting, ready for import into the NetSuite ERP system.
• Issue monthly billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO.
• Collaborate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed.
• Assist the Director of Revenue Integrity with end-of-study/close-out audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and pivot tables.
• Demonstrated strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
