Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to achieve critical project milestones.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear, concise, and regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects are delivered successfully – on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Champion project management best practices and methodologies across relevant teams.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the offshoring or outsourcing industry.
• Essential background in financial/accounting project management, including strong knowledge of forecasting and budgeting.
• Solid understanding of various project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently in a part-time capacity.

Extra Credit (Nice-to-Have)

• Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
