What You’ll Do: Championing Our Expansion

As our Proposal Writer, you’ll be instrumental in securing new contracts with local governments, counties, and hospital systems. You’ll work closely with our business development and operations teams to translate our innovative mobile healthcare solutions into persuasive proposals that win us new business. You’ll also:

• Draft, edit, and manage high-quality proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for each proposal.
• Maintain a meticulous proposal calendar to ensure timely submission and adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure all proposals align seamlessly with our brand voice and strategic objectives.
• Contribute to occasional marketing initiatives, such as newsletters and internal communications, leveraging your skills to further enhance our brand presence (a definite plus!).

Who We’re Looking For: The Ideal Candidate

We’re searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in proposal writing, preferably within the healthcare or government sectors. You’ll possess:

• 3+ years of experience crafting winning proposals, demonstrating your ability to persuade and inform.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, ensuring every document is polished and professional.
• Strong project management abilities, allowing you to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials.
• Experience creating both digital and print-based content (an added advantage).
