Event Processing Quality Assurance Specialist: The Role

As an Event Processing Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our event processing operations. You’ll be responsible for re-reviewing processed events, identifying errors, documenting findings, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute directly to the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our business.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on open and closed events against established guidelines and standards.
• Document and report errors related to QA metrics to improve our systems.
• Process escalated queues and identify errors.
• Participate in communication sessions for updates to manuals, laws, and software.
• Assist with other office and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring

• Preferred 3-5 years of processing experience.
• Quality assurance experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of processing rules or the ability to learn client requirements quickly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dependability and the ability to document and report findings effectively.
• Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Self-motivated, quality-driven with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting databases.
• Ability to sit for extended periods for data entry and event processing.
