Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to make a real impact? We’re seeking a dynamic and adaptable Talent Sourcer to join our growing team at Jobstreet. In this exciting new role, you’ll be a key player in driving the full-cycle recruiting process for our clients, ensuring successful placements through effective coordination with clients, partners, and candidates. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a change champion within a team that is going through an exciting transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SEEK AI Tools to source, outreach and shortlist candidates for hirers using SmartHire service.
• Conduct engaging consultation calls with candidates, providing exceptional service.
• Actively listen to clients’ hiring needs, uncover preferences through professional consulting, and proactively address them to boost satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and compliant progress tracking in internal systems and report on key recruiting metrics.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment, driving key business outcomes.
• Execute strategies and operations to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Someone who’s passionate about building a career in the recruitment industry, customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You must be proficient in both spoken and written English and be a true team player.
