This full-time position is designed for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. While our physical office is located in Plantation, FL, this specific role is a dedicated Work From Home opportunity. You will play a critical role in our client intake process, serving as a guide and motivator to help potential clients take the crucial step of formalizing our representation. Every conversation is an opportunity to provide clear information, build trust, and facilitate access to vital services.

What Your Day Looks Like: Key Responsibilities

As a Client Enrollment Specialist, you will:

• Connect with a high volume of potential clients daily, engaging in meaningful conversations via our auto-dialer system.
• Patiently and clearly explain complex documents related to disability benefits representation.
• Skillfully guide clients, who may not be tech-savvy, through the simple process of electronically signing documents via text message and email.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions within our system.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

To succeed as a Remote Client Enrollment Specialist, you will need:

• Exceptional communication skills and a genuinely friendly, professional telephone presence.
• A persuasive and patient demeanor with the ability to inspire confidence and guide clients through necessary steps.
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for this role.
• Strong tech-savviness and the ability to clearly explain basic technology concepts (like e-signatures) to individuals of varying technical comfort levels.
• A proven ability to handle a high volume of back-to-back calls effectively while maintaining composure and quality.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to overcome obstacles during client interactions.
• Reliable and dependable attendance is non-negotiable for this consistent Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST schedule.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally involving sales, client enrollment, or intake, demonstrating persuasive communication skills.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Your Remote Workspace & Requirements

This is a dedicated remote work-from-home position. To ensure success and productivity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, IN, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX, WV.
• Possess a suitable, dedicated, and quiet workspace free from distractions.
• Have personal, reliable high-speed internet service (minimum 100 Mbps download & 20 Mbps upload speed is required; Wi-Fi is generally not acceptable for sustained connection needs).
• Be able to remain seated for prolonged periods, talking on the phone and working on a computer during your scheduled hours.
• Be consistently logged into your work computer and available to answer calls throughout your entire shift.
• Have basic office essentials like a desk and chair.

• Opportunity to earn a monthly performance incentive, potentially increasing your effective hourly rate up to $20.00 per hour (eligibility begins after completing 2 full months of employment).
