The Opportunity: Back-End Software Engineer (Ruby)

We’re seeking a talented Back-End Software Engineer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to join our rapidly growing tech team. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our innovative products, contributing to the product roadmap, and bringing your own ideas to the table. You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead, product team, and fellow engineers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with the Product Manager to refine project specifications.
• Developing detailed integration plans, task breakdowns, and accurate estimations.
• Writing clean, efficient code, participating in code reviews, and ensuring thorough testing.

Please note: While full-stack experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for candidates with a strong focus on back-end development using Ruby on Rails.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack engineer, with recent Ruby on Rails expertise.
• Experience in tech scale-ups or agile, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working on large-scale products with thousands of monthly users.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent English).
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• A “doer” mindset – balancing software craftsmanship with speed.
• User-centric approach – a passion for creating amazing user experiences.
• Comfortable with developing products based on uncensored models and content.

• Experience or interest in data science, generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps).
