Ignite Sales Growth as an Account Manager – Industrial Fluid Handling

Are you a results-driven sales professional passionate about building lasting customer relationships and driving revenue? Graco and our White Knight team are seeking an experienced Account Manager to expand our presence and cultivate a profitable customer base within an assigned territory.

Your Mission: Drive Profitable Sales Growth

As our Account Manager, you will be the key driver behind building and sustaining a thriving customer portfolio for Graco/White Knight products. You’ll achieve this by identifying exciting new opportunities, nurturing strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives that deliver exceptional satisfaction and measurable growth.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Achieve

Every day presents an opportunity to make a real impact. Here’s a glimpse into the key areas where you’ll focus your energy and expertise:

  • Strategic Territory Leadership: You’ll identify, establish, and optimize effective sales channels to support your customer base. This includes designing and executing territory-specific sales plans aligned with our distribution strategy, creating targeted marketing approaches, and continuously analyzing performance metrics to refine your strategy for maximum impact.
  • Building & Nurturing Customer Partnerships: You are the face of Graco/White Knight to our valued customers. You’ll maintain exceptional responsiveness, utilize our CRM effectively to track interactions, conduct regular site visits to build rapport with industrial contractors and facility managers, and foster deep, long-term relationships built on trust and exceptional service.
  • Market Insight & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitor activity. You’ll collaborate internally to design and implement innovative distribution programs, analyze their effectiveness, and provide vital insights and detailed reports to leadership to inform strategy.
  • Product Expertise & Launch Success: Become the go-to expert for Graco/White Knight products. You’ll act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, optimizing new product launches, implementing crucial training sessions for sales staff and channel partners, and establishing valuable partnerships with material suppliers.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage training and demo equipment accounts efficiently, adhering to corporate standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you should bring a blend of experience, skills, and passion:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, marketing, technical) or equivalent practical experience demonstrates your foundational knowledge.
  • At least 3+ years of proven sales success, ideally within mechanical product sales or through distribution channels.
  • Experience specifically within semiconductor sales is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills – you communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; you can understand product specifications and applications and translate them for customers.
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, managing your territory strategically.
  • Proven skill in managing and developing distribution channels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business and customer needs.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $64,200.00 – $112,400.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.
