Sales Development Representative: Be at the Forefront of Enterprise App Management
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a vital role in bringing our groundbreaking product to enterprises everywhere. You’ll be a key driver of our outbound sales efforts, generating pipeline and contributing to our continued success in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with your Account Executive to identify and target key decision-makers within your assigned segment (Mid-Market or Enterprise).
- Develop creative and impactful outreach strategies that demonstrate the value of Lumos.
- Collaborate with the sales team, sharing best practices to enhance overall performance.
- Create positive first impressions by building strong relationships with prospects and showcasing the transformative potential of Lumos for their businesses.
- Qualify inbound inquiries by understanding the needs, challenges, and goals of potential customers.
- Provide valuable feedback to Sales Managers and Sales Enablement to optimize the SDR role.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold-calling.
- Experience working with IT, Security, GRC, or similar technical buyers (cybersecurity sales experience is a plus!).
- Adaptable and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating ethics, adaptability, grit, and empathy.
- Ability to work EST/CST hours.
- Prior experience working fully remote is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 OTE (USD). (Note: This is an estimated range, and actual compensation may vary based on skill and experience.)
