What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and retain assigned client accounts.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Create and maintain detailed account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), performance metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and responsive communication.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align candidate delivery with specific client hiring needs.
  • Manage contract renewals and proactively upsell additional services to maximize account value.
  • Accurately track and forecast account performance within the CRM (preferably Zoho), maintaining a high level of data integrity (95%+ accuracy).
  • Coach and mentor junior account managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
  • Represent the agency professionally in client presentations, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions.

What You Bring to the Table: Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success roles, with a demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proven experience managing U.S.-based clients and familiarity with U.S. business communication protocols.
  • Documented success in securing 10+ qualified meetings per month through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho is preferred) with strong pipeline management and forecasting abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade.
  • Proven ability to work independently, consistently meet KPIs, and thrive in a remote work environment aligned with EST hours.

Bonus Points: Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience within recruitment, staffing, or headhunting agencies.
  • Familiarity with hiring workflows, job brief creation, and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Direct experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced search techniques.
  • Experience in developing SOPs and improving operational processes.
