Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Analytics, you will be at the forefront of transforming complex data into clear, actionable strategies that directly impact our marketing effectiveness and overall business outcomes.

Making Data Actionable: Your Core Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to expert for diving deep into our data landscape. Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing & Interpreting Data: Conduct thorough analysis across marketing, sales, and product datasets. Your goal is to unearth critical trends, patterns, and insights that guide strategic decision-making.

Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Partner closely with our marketing teams to develop robust forecasts for key metrics like MQLs and lead status. You’ll be responsible for monitoring progress against these benchmarks and providing timely updates.

Holistic Business Understanding: Navigate the intricacies of multiple business lines, particularly our tax business, to synthesize data and draw insightful, comprehensive conclusions.

Data Exploration & Value Delivery: Analyze large, diverse datasets (structured, semi-structured, unstructured) to discover key insights. Critically, you will collaborate with business partners to ensure these insights translate into tangible business value.

Advanced Data Visualization: Utilize your expert skills in Tableau to create sophisticated visualizations and interactive dashboards. These tools will empower stakeholders with clear insights, support strategic decisions, and provide a visual pulse on business performance.

Presenting Insights: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of your findings to various stakeholders, including executive management. Your ability to communicate complex information concisely and effectively is key.

Strategic Reporting & Studies: Support essential ad-hoc reporting and business studies, informing crucial areas like segmentation, territory management, and strategic initiative performance.

Who You Are: The Skills & Experience We Value

We’re looking for a seasoned professional who brings a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a proactive attitude. To be successful in this role, you should have:

Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, and/or revenue analytics, with a strong preference for B2B environments.

Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

Deep expertise in Tableau, including developing advanced dashboards, blending diverse data sources, and optimizing dashboard performance.

Experience managing analytics projects from initial concept through to successful completion, coordinating across teams and delivering results on schedule.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding complex SQL queries for both ad-hoc analysis and supporting ongoing reporting.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics and common CRM systems.

The ability to deliver insights creatively and pragmatically, always focusing on the critical “so what?” and the business implications.

A natural “doer” with a hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the data.
