We foster a culture that champions work flexibility, continuous learning, and significant opportunities for career advancement.
Your Opportunity: Senior Business Analyst / Tester (Lead) – LTSS
Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Business Analyst / Tester (Lead) specializing in Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS) within our dynamic team. You will leverage the power of healthcare technology to directly impact the health and well-being of vulnerable populations our clients serve. This is your chance to connect your passion with a profound purpose, collaborating with dedicated professionals who thrive on finding cutting-edge solutions to some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges.
Role in Our Mission: Driving Quality & Reliability
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare systems, with a focus on LTSS. Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive approach to software testing and production support, safeguarding critical functions like member access to care, provider payment, and essential federal reporting. Your expertise will directly contribute to mitigating risks and preventing operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities: Ensuring System Integrity
Strategic Test Design & Planning:
Define the scope of testing for integration enhancements, prioritizing quality and risk mitigation. Determine the appropriate testing methodologies, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing, necessary to validate requirements effectively. Collaborate with project teams (PMs, BAs, other Testing teams) to finalize testing scope and approve high-level scenarios. You will lead the development of comprehensive Test Plans, managing dependencies, risks, and constraints, ensuring timely completion and incorporating potential scope changes.
Comprehensive Test Case Development:
Craft clear, step-by-step Test Cases that guide validation efforts. Identify essential testing data requirements and coordinate with module vendors to ensure testing environments are adequately prepared. Champion the need for any training required to uphold rigorous Quality Assurance standards throughout test execution.
Precise Test Execution & Defect Management:
Execute test cases meticulously, documenting outcomes and capturing screenshots at each step. Identify potential issues, communicate findings for research to BAs and Vendors, and write additional test cases for remediation testing as needed. Maintain clear status updates for individual test cases and overall project testing, proactively escalating any blockers preventing completion.
Production Issue Research & Resolution:
Lead research and analysis for reported production issues, meticulously documenting findings. Trace issues back to requirements and policies, identifying gaps. Collaborate with Department BAs and Supervisors to review analysis. Escalate critical compliance issues that could impact federal audits or result in disallowance. Assess operational impacts on users, members, providers, and support teams to determine issue severity and identify temporary workarounds to maintain operations and compliance while permanent resolutions are developed. Manage the testing process for issue resolution validation, writing and executing test cases, and tracking progress to ensure readiness and timeliness. Communicate verified issues, resolution milestones, impacts, and workarounds to stakeholders.
