Key Accountabilities: Shaping Talent Acquisition

Strategic Impact & Results

Apply your understanding of role design and required skills to effectively market opportunities, screen candidates, and present them for relevant positions. Enhance sourcing effectiveness by building diverse talent pipelines through creative research, digital outreach, and targeted attraction campaigns. Exceed client expectations and expand your influence to foster loyalty and new opportunities within your client portfolio.

People Leadership & Development

Oversee the quality of service delivery and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train team members on recruiting best practices, processes, and technologies.

Client & Candidate Advocacy

Efficiently assess candidates to advocate for their career opportunities. Remove barriers and equip candidates with the tools and information they need for successful employment. Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional hiring experiences.

Thought Leadership & Industry Insight

Develop and maintain brand awareness by sharing recruitment expertise and workforce insights across various platforms. Educate clients and internal teams on local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management strategies.

What You’ll Bring: Your Expertise

Required Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of corporate recruiting experience in areas such as Finance, Logistics, or HR.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bonus Points:

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience in people or project management.
