What You’ll Do:

As our Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of data exploration, transforming raw information into valuable narratives that empower our decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Insights: Performing in-depth analysis of complex customer datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategic enhancement.
• Forecasting & Planning: Developing accurate forecasts that inform critical business decisions across various delivery functions.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring the highest levels of data quality by implementing rigorous validation processes and monitoring systems.
• Reporting & Visualization: Designing and delivering compelling reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI, making complex data easily digestible for stakeholders.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, translating them into precise data specifications, and presenting findings in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Process Optimization: Contributing to the continuous improvement of our data processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
• Mentorship & Guidance: Serving as a resource and mentor to your peers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting collaborative problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who possesses a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a senior data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in data visualization, with the ability to create compelling and informative reports and dashboards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically to address complex challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other analysts, with a passion for sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data modeling.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
• Experience with MS Windows-based applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Bonus Points:

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:

• Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
