Are you a seasoned DevOps/SRE engineer passionate about building and scaling robust infrastructure for cutting-edge AI platforms? Aguru, a pioneer in Agentic AI Automation for SaaS, is seeking a talented and driven Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. As an early team member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our innovative platform. This is a full-time contractor opportunity, ideally based in the EU/UK and remote friendly.

Your Mission at Aguru

As our first Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting the foundational infrastructure that powers Aguru’s AI-first workflow automation platform. You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive deployment strategy.
• Owning and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Managing the performance, migrations, and high availability of our PostgreSQL (Supabase) database.
• Establishing and maintaining robust observability for the platform and workflows, leveraging logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Ensuring the security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of our entire infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps professional with:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• 3+ years of experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure).
• Deep expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD principles.
• Strong PostgreSQL administration skills.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

Bonus points if you have experience with workflow automation/orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, n8n) and observability for Large Language Models (LLMs).
