The Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in building a best-in-class healthcare reporting service. You’ll have the chance to learn and grow your skills using AWS Infrastructure, DevSecOps principles, and Agile Scrum methodologies. Location & Work Hours:

Remote Opportunity: This position is remote within the United States. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) to client sites may be required.

Our core work hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility to adjust your start and end times based on your time zone.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implement top-tier cloud-based solutions on AWS, leveraging infrastructure as code.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure for diverse AWS services, using Terraform and other infrastructure as code tools.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders from various teams, including application development, networking, infrastructure, information security, risk management, enterprise identity and access management, and security operations.
  • Drive the automation of application and infrastructure environments.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team building robust cloud infrastructure with a solid understanding of AMI, Containers, and serverless functions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient delivery of features, fixes, and system updates across development, integration, and production environments.
  • Set up, integrate, and maintain scalable and reliable CI/CD tools to support development, testing, and security scanning processes.
  • Implement monitoring solutions such as Amazon CloudWatch, Splunk, and other third-party tools to provide comprehensive, continuous monitoring capabilities, track system performance, infrastructure health, application errors, and generate insightful metrics.
  • Analyze functional and non-functional business requirements, translate them into actionable technical operational requirements, and propose effective CI/CD pipelines incorporating suitable tools and plugins.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience setting up CI/CD Pipelines with open-source plugin integrations.
  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Agile, and/or Scrum environments.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with configuration management, cloud orchestration, and automation tools within AWS environments.
  • 7+ years of experience provisioning and managing infrastructure and applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • 2+ years of experience identifying and implementing automation for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment.
  • 3+ years of experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must reside and work within the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have lived in the U.S. for at least three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience designing and implementing automated monitoring capabilities to generate dashboards with trends, actionable insights, and immediate notifications using Splunk or similar services.
  • Knowledge of multi-account AWS architectures, leveraging tools such as AWS Control Tower, SCPs, GuardRails, and Transit Gateways.
  • Broad technology experience including cloud architecture, cloud migrations, application development, networking, security, storage, analytics, or machine learning.
  • AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Pro) certification.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures related to regulations and standards such as NIST, FISMA, FedRamp, and Common Criteria.
  • Familiarity with the MLOps, machine learning lifecycle and product landscape, for example: Amazon SageMaker, Apache Airflow, Looker, Trifacta etc.
  • Working knowledge of Linux.
