Your Role: A Visual Storyteller

As our Senior Digital Artist, you’ll be at the forefront of creating stunning promotional art for a diverse range of video game projects. Your primary focus will be to lead the creative vision, conceptualize, and execute impactful key art that resonates with players. You’ll collaborate closely with various game studios, guiding creative efforts from launch campaigns to potential live-operations opportunities, ensuring the visual integrity of each project is maintained.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of compelling promotional art for diverse game genres, with a focus on casual and mobile titles.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-resolution key art using digital illustration, 3D composition, or a combination of both, tailored to project needs.
• Masterfully utilize AI image generation tools to enhance the art creation process, from ideation to final polish.
• Collaborate with game teams to understand project goals and deliver art that communicates the game’s theme and appeal.
• Maintain consistent and high-quality visual standards across all marketing channels.
• Mentor and guide the collaboration process with game studios.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Artist, with a strong emphasis on promotional art for video games.
• Proven experience working across multiple game genres, demonstrating a keen understanding of player preferences.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop and digital painting tools (Procreate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in digital illustration and 3D composition, especially in game key art.
• Demonstrated experience with AI image generation tools and their integration into the art pipeline.
• A strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas and feedback.

• Experience as a Video Editor and/or Motion Graphics Artist, creating engaging game trailers and video content.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• A passion for casual mobile games and a deep understanding of the market.
