The Opportunity: Senior Director of Clinical Informatics

As a Senior Director of Clinical Informatics, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic process improvement and solving complex challenges for our clients. You will lead critical projects, providing expert guidance and leveraging your deep understanding of clinical informatics to achieve tangible results. You will be a trusted advisor, providing honest, candid, and strategic counsel to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex clinical informatics projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive strategic process improvement initiatives within healthcare organizations, optimizing clinical workflows and enhancing patient care.
• Provide expert advisory services to clients, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies that address client needs.
• Contribute to the growth and development of Prominence Advisors by sharing your expertise and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
