The Opportunity: Enterprise Account Executive, Health Plans
The Commercial team at H1 is at the forefront of connecting the world to the right doctors. As an Enterprise Account Executive on our Health Plans team, you’ll play a crucial role in partnering with health insurance and health plan companies to elevate the patient experience. You’ll be a hybrid player, both managing a strategic book of business and actively driving new client acquisition and expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Account Management & Growth: Nurture and expand key client accounts by retaining existing revenue and identifying new opportunities within assigned health plan companies.
- New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term partners, expanding our market leadership.
- Executive Engagement: Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to align H1’s solutions with their strategic priorities.
- Sales Leadership: Own the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, including discovery calls, presentations, contract negotiations, and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful implementations.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and strategic insights to support company growth.
About You: A Healthcare Sales Leader
You’re a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You excel at managing existing accounts, prospecting new business, and closing expansion opportunities. You understand customer needs, set expectations, demo platforms effectively, and manage complex enterprise sales cycles. You bring grit, hustle, and a “get-it-done” attitude to a dynamic startup environment. Most importantly, you’re dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every teammate is celebrated.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, including new logo acquisitions and renewals.
- Proven success closing complex sales cycles in the $250K – $1.5M ARR range.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a competitive base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based commission and stock options.
