Senior Growth Product Manager: Ecommerce

Skylight is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Growth Product Manager specializing in Ecommerce to elevate our direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. As the strategic owner of our website, you will spearhead the E-commerce Pod, driving innovation and optimizing the customer journey. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the Skylightframe.com roadmap, focusing on enhancing site performance through conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, landing page development, technical improvements, and SEO/content enhancements.
• Lead and prioritize cross-functional projects related to e-commerce, including New Product Introductions (NPI), Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner integrations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all things e-commerce, clarifying requests, refining requirements, and scoping projects from multiple stakeholders while ensuring teams stay informed.
• Define and develop our content management system to empower the marketing team in creating engaging and effective content.
• Own and improve our e-commerce tool stack, including platforms like Shopify, Contentful, review syndication tools, payment gateways, and analytics platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in e-commerce product management or e-commerce marketing operations.
• Proven success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth and improve the customer experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
• Deep expertise in Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Bonus: Experience with BI and data visualization tools like Amplitude, Metabase, or Omni.
