About the Role: Your Impact on Client Success

As our Senior PBM Implementation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful client migrations to our products and services. This is a highly visible role where your exceptional organizational skills, in-depth PBM knowledge, and ability to manage multiple complex implementations concurrently will shine. You’ll spearhead implementation strategy, oversee execution, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership.

Your success will be measured by the smooth transition, timely go-live, and maximum value our clients realize from RxSense solutions.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Lead and meticulously track the entire implementation lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met according to contractual obligations.
• Orchestrate kickoff meetings, discovery sessions, and status updates with both clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Operations, facilitating discovery sessions, managing ticket requests, overseeing system setup, and meticulously managing timelines.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, proactively managing expectations, and expertly resolving any concerns that may arise.
• Document action items and meeting minutes with precision, tracking progress diligently, and maintaining transparent communication across all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and effectively mitigate risks throughout the implementation process, escalating issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and deliver concise and insightful status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations tailored for both clients and internal leadership.
• Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and organizational skills.
• Embrace stretch assignments that contribute to organizational growth, enhance implementation practices, and expand the capabilities of our PBM solutions.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development and strengthening overall team performance.
• Create a strong culture of engagement within the team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure continuous business learning and knowledge sharing.
• Work effectively with colleagues from other RXSENSE operations to address and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Independently set work priorities and manage tasks effectively without constant supervision.
• Adhere to established company rules and guidelines, including maintaining necessary files, records, and reports, to ensure quality standards and ISO compliance.
• Conduct oneself professionally at all times, striving to continuously improve technical and professional skills.
• Seek opportunities for advancement within the organization and consistently strive for excellence in all endeavors.
• Perform other duties and/or projects as required and/or directed to support the team and organizational goals.
• Direct and guide cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Serve as a PBM process and RxSense product expert, mentoring team members and reinforcing best practices.
• Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues across RxSense operations to address challenges, resolve issues, and drive innovation.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in the PBM, healthcare, or managed care environment.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles.
• Experience with PBM systems (e.g., RxIQ Enterprise, Medispan, or internal proprietary systems).
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Google Workspace & Microsoft Product Suite.
• Remote position with limited travel (typically quarterly to a corporate location or as needed).

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 – $125,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, well-being, and financial security.
