Your Mission: To Craft a Compelling Visual Narrative
As the Senior Manager, Creative, you’ll be more than a content producer; you’ll be the architect of Docebo’s visual presence. This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate brand goals into scalable, globally resonant visual frameworks. Your focus will be on long-term creative strategy, investment planning, and global enablement, ensuring every video and photo reinforces a unified and compelling brand experience.
This involves regular travel to customer sites, internal and industry events, and corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy Leadership: Develop and own the long-term creative vision for all video and photography initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and unified narratives.
- Brand Guardian: Establish and maintain high visual standards that consistently and powerfully represent the Docebo brand across all platforms and regions.
- Innovation Catalyst: Identify and champion new storytelling formats, from cinematic brand films to modular photography systems, that support a wide range of business needs, including marketing, culture, and thought leadership.
- Global Empowerment: Design and implement scalable creative toolkits and operating models to empower teams worldwide to create brand-aligned content independently.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with world-class production partners to deliver high-impact storytelling at scale.
- Investment Optimization: Lead budget planning and prioritization for video and photography, maximizing creative and strategic ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (brand, product marketing, HR, etc.) to ensure creative alignment with company priorities.
- Visual Ecosystem Architecture: Design and implement a modular visual system that supports brand evolution across regions, formats, and channels.
- Creative Mentorship: Provide guidance and inspiration to internal and external creatives to elevate creative standards.
- Project Oversight: Manage multiple video and photography projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective resource management and timely delivery.
- Video Editing: Support video editing on special projects, as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- 5+ years of creative leadership experience, managing visual content strategy at the brand or enterprise level.
- Proven experience in developing and executing global visual storytelling strategies.
- A strong track record of managing external creative partners and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Deep understanding of evolving video and photography formats (short-form, documentary, modular content, etc.).
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools like Google Veo, Runway, Pika Labs, Midjourney, DALL·E 3, and Adobe Firefly.
- Expertise in developing creative toolkits and visual guidelines for scalable content creation.
- Familiarity with brand development, visual identity systems, and enterprise content governance.
- Experience managing creative budgets and prioritizing investments.
- A degree in Film, Visual Communication, Design, Media Arts, or equivalent experience in creative strategy/brand leadership.
