Your Opportunity: Lead Demand Generation at Worldly
We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns to significantly impact Worldly’s growth trajectory. Joining our expanding marketing team, you will be instrumental in driving qualified demand within the target consumer goods industry. This is a pivotal role where you will strategize, build, and execute targeted, high-impact marketing programs designed to fuel our sales pipeline and achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will be key in developing sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, working hand-in-hand with our Growth (Sales) team to engage key decision-makers within high-value accounts, creating meaningful connections that convert into business. Making an Impact: What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of Worldlyโs ABM-led demand generation strategy, designing and executing programs specifically tailored to connect with high-value accounts and buying committees in the consumer goods sector. This involves developing compelling, integrated campaigns across various channels including paid media, organic efforts, email marketing, events, and content syndication, all with a clear focus on generating qualified pipeline.
Collaboration is key. You will partner deeply with our Sales and marketing leadership teams from day one to ensure tight alignment on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), account prioritization, outreach strategies, performance metrics, and necessary sales enablement tools. Your role will be critical in fostering a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff and feedback loop.
A data-first mindset will be essential. You will continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance at every stage of the buyer journey. This includes rigorous testing and refinement of messaging, targeting, and creative elements to drive superior conversion outcomes and maximize pipeline contribution.
You’ll work closely with the Content and Product Marketing teams to develop impactful assets, messaging, and narratives that resonate deeply with the real-world challenges faced by our target buyers. Your efforts will translate complex solutions into clear, compelling value propositions.
You will own and evolve our campaign workflows and reporting infrastructure, leveraging key MarTech platforms like HubSpot and ZoomInfo. Ensuring accurate attribution, lead quality, and measurable pipeline contribution will be core to your responsibilities, providing actionable insights for optimization and scale.
Regularly reporting on campaign performance and key insights to both marketing and sales leadership will be expected. You will provide clear, data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decisions, optimize performance, and scale our successful initiatives.
Who You Are: What You’ll Bring
You bring substantial experience in the B2B SaaS marketing landscape, with 6+ years overall and at least 3 years leading integrated demand generation efforts, including hands-on experience with ABM programs. Your track record demonstrates a proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales teams, jointly owning pipeline targets and consistently delivering high-quality leads that convert into revenue.
Your expertise in ABM tools and strategies is deep; you have successfully planned and executed 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs and understand how to scale them efficiently. You are proficient with key MarTech platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and have experience with an ABM platform (ZoomInfo is a significant plus).
You possess strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of revenue-centric KPIs. You are confident managing pipeline metrics, analyzing conversion benchmarks, interpreting attribution reports, and forecasting the impact of your campaigns on business results. You are naturally curious, creative in your approach, and have a strong bias for action, consistently bringing new ideas and the drive to continuously improve performance.
As an excellent communicator, you can distill complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and senior leadership, fostering understanding and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Compensation & Rewards
This role offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $140,000 – $160,000 USD, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a 10% annual bonus and participation in our Equity Stock (ISO) Option Program, ensuring you share in Worldly’s success.
