About the Opportunity
Are you a driven and strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing global construction programs? We’re seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to be a key operational partner to our Sr. Director, Global Construction Operational Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of governance frameworks, systems, and business process improvements across our diverse global infrastructure development initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Process Optimization & Documentation:
Collaborate with regional and functional teams to meticulously map, document, and refine end-to-end business processes. You’ll be a key player in identifying inefficiencies and proposing impactful improvements that align seamlessly with our strategic goals.
Cross-Regional Coordination:
Act as a vital liaison, bridging the gap between global and regional teams to ensure the consistent application of governance standards and business processes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote seamless alignment across diverse geographies.
Governance Implementation Support:
Play a crucial role in operationalizing our global governance strategy by coordinating documentation, meticulously tracking compliance, and expertly supporting the rollout of governance frameworks across our capital programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Support the Sr. Director in effectively engaging with engineering, construction, controls, and other critical cross-functional partners. You’ll be instrumental in preparing compelling materials for executive updates, engaging workshops, and thorough governance reviews.
Risk & Compliance Monitoring:
Proactively track process risks and compliance gaps, working in close collaboration with internal audit and partner teams to support comprehensive assessments and ensure effective follow-up actions.
Training & Resource Management:
Develop and maintain engaging training materials and reference documentation to empower stakeholders with a deep understanding of our governance processes and the tools that support them.
Systems & Tooling Support:
Partner closely with product and systems teams to gather critical business requirements, support tool development, and assist in comprehensive implementation planning and seamless user adoption.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a global IT services organization.
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Solid experience managing data center construction projects.
- Proven experience managing and leading data construction project resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.

- Base salary: $135,500.00 – $251,600.00 (dependent on experience)
