Your Role as a Senior Flutter Mobile Developer

As a Senior Flutter Mobile Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Cupid Media’s mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and implementing engaging mobile features and components using Flutter.
• Contributing to critical architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Ensuring optimal app performance, stability, and high code quality.
• Collaborating closely with backend engineers to define and seamlessly integrate APIs.
• Actively participating in code reviews and upholding our rigorous development standards.
• Managing app store releases and proactively monitoring live app performance.
• Continuously identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented and driven individual with the following qualifications:

• Fluency in both Russian and English is essential.
• Availability to work within the GMT+5 timezone.

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart.
• A deep understanding of Flutter widgets, navigation paradigms, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience creating visually appealing animations and responsive user interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of platform channels and native integrations (Android/iOS).

Mobile Development Fundamentals:

• Solid understanding of the mobile app lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using debugging tools such as Flutter DevTools, Android Studio, and Xcode.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and widget tests.
• Familiarity with crash reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics and Sentry.

Architecture & Code Quality:

• Understanding of clean code principles and modular architecture.
• Familiarity with SOLID principles and common design patterns.
• Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining high code quality within a team setting.

CI/CD & Release Management:

• Experience with mobile build and release processes for both iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bitrise, and Codemagic.
• Basic experience with app store submission workflows (App Store / Google Play).

API & Backend Integration:

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
• Understanding of authentication flows (OAuth2, token-based auth).
• Experience collaborating effectively with backend teams for API integration.
