The Opportunity: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will be a crucial player in driving data-driven decision-making within Keywords Studios. You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing interactive analytic reports and dashboards.
• Translating business needs into clear ETL and report specifications.
• Analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
• Developing and implementing ETL processes, reports, and queries to support business analytics.
• Applying project management principles to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshooting data issues and ensuring data quality within our BI solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and data governance processes.
• Providing technical and business knowledge support to the team.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI.
• Working experience with Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Working experience with Google Suite and App Script.
• Proficiency with DAX and M languages.
• Strong SQL query skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to understand the big picture.
• Experience communicating with business users and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant work experience will also be considered).

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following will be considered a plus:

• Python Programming.
• Statistical computing.
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience with DevOps implementation practices.
• Scrum methodology delivery.
• Familiarity with other BI tools.
