• Lead seamless Centerbase implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and maximum adoption.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships based on continuous improvement and strategic growth.
• Bridge the gap between front-office practice management and back-office billing/accounting processes.
• Develop strategic technology roadmaps that revolutionize how firms operate, enhancing efficiency and profitability.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Practice Management Consultant, you will:

• Spearhead and support Centerbase projects from inception to completion.
• Provide comprehensive training to firm staff, ensuring they are proficient in using the system.
• Configure the Centerbase system to align with the firm’s unique workflows and processes.
• Conduct thorough system health checks and deliver actionable improvement plans.
• Partner with clients to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for Centerbase optimization.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from firm administrators to leadership.
• Support cross-product initiatives involving integrations with other legal technology solutions such as NetDocuments and Tabs3/PracticeMaster.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and stay abreast of the latest legal tech trends.

Your First 90 Days

From day one, you’ll be immersed in active client projects, learning Affinity’s proven methodologies. You’ll shadow implementations, contribute to health checks, and collaborate with clients to refine strategic roadmaps. Within your first three months, you’ll be leading key discussions with law firm stakeholders, delivering early successes that foster long-term trust.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a true partner – someone who understands the intricacies of Centerbase and the real-world needs of law firms. You’ll bring your expertise to guide them through challenges and possess the curiosity to continuously learn and innovate.

You’re our ideal candidate if you:

• Have extensive hands-on experience with Centerbase in implementation, consulting, or support.
• Possess a strong understanding of both practice management and billing/accounting workflows within a legal environment.
• Can articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Are genuinely curious about how technology can transform law firm operations.
• Are eager to grow into a strategic advisory role.
• (Bonus) Have experience with NetDocuments, Tabs3/PracticeMaster, or similar tools.

Additional Details

This is a 100% remote position. We require reliable internet, a professional workspace, and the ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings. Our standard work hours are 8:30–5 ET, M–F, with flexibility and trust.
