Your Mission as Senior Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of assigned ICEYE Missions Line of Business programs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring operational excellence, fostering customer trust, and aligning program outcomes with ICEYE’s strategic goals. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned programs and play a pivotal role in driving collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions.

Expected Outcomes

In this role, success will be measured by your ability to:

• Deliver program milestones on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, meeting both contractual requirements and internal benchmarks.
• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with customers and partner ecosystems, serving as the face of ICEYE for assigned programs.
• Align various functional teams around shared deliverables, utilizing ICEYE’s established governance and reporting systems.
• Ensure contract compliance and facilitate timely revenue recognition, while proactively managing program financials, commercial risks, and scope changes.
• Navigate cross-cultural dynamics effectively, adapting communication and leadership styles to foster collaboration.
• Maintain transparent reporting, manage external/internal coordination, and ensure stakeholder expectations are well-managed.
• Demonstrate mastery of ICEYE’s internal program delivery tools, templates, risk registers, dashboards, and documentation systems.

Role-Specific Technical/Domain Competencies

• End-to-end program ownership, from project initiation to customer acceptance.
• Proficiency in managing delivery against Statements of Work (SoWs), milestones, and formal reviews.
• Exceptional customer-facing capabilities, leading structured interactions with clarity and credibility.
• Understanding of space systems and the ability to assess technical dependencies.
• Strong risk and commercial awareness, with expertise in identifying risks, managing scope, and understanding financial implications.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, systems engineering, or project delivery in aerospace, satellite, or complex technical domains.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred.
• Fluency in English.
