What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects.
• Develop and actively manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs with minimal oversight.
• Lead the estimation process and provide project budget and staff plan parameters.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain project timelines.
• Lead project kickoffs and status meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable recaps.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Group Project Directors to develop financial forecasts and manage monthly billing.
• Assist in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders.
• Provide input to program Gantt Charts in partnership with Account Services, Account Directors, and Group Project Directors.

What You’ll Bring: Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience (AOR or DAOR) preferred.
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of complex projects (technology, strategy, and creative).
• Ability to develop and tailor project plans to proactively facilitate success.
• Experience leading diverse functional groups and project teams.
• Strong comprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting.
• Expertise in project burn analysis and remediation.
• Excellent scope and change management skills.
• Comfort and confidence in client-facing communication.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Launch experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $76,000.00 to $117,000.00 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
