The Opportunity: Lead Test Engineer (Remote)

As a Lead Test Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the quality of Jeeves’ groundbreaking platform. You will:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented testers.
• Drive the implementation of industry best practices for manual and automated testing.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance product quality through innovative tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with product roadmap.
• Define and implement objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product quality team, aligned with company goals.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced individual with:

• 4+ years of experience in software development testing.
• A strong understanding of various QA tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience testing SaaS applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
