Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
• Actively participate in planning and estimation, utilizing project methodologies and tools.
• Gather requirements and present developed features to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Execute complex tasks within established methodologies and quality standards across various engagements.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user needs and deliver solutions that drive client success.
• Participate in agile software development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, from concept to deployment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record of success. Here’s what will make you a great fit:

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level software development.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in PHP7/8 and Laravel.
• Deep understanding of Laravel Architecture & Design Principles.
• Solid understanding of MariaDB.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes/Docker.
• Expertise in implementing complex OOP Design Patterns.
• Understanding of DRY & KISS software design principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
• Familiarity with OWASP principles.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Redis.
• Experience with Jenkins.
• Experience with RabbitMQ.
• Experience with DynamoDB.
• Experience with UML / C4 / ArchiMate/ ERD.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with OWASP principles.
• Experience mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
