What You Will Do

Technical Vision & Enterprise Architecture Leadership

Lead the design and governance of enterprise-level technology solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and driving innovation. You will utilize an enterprise architecture framework, spanning application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains, to create comprehensive and forward-looking technical roadmaps. Translate complex business strategies and product roadmaps into resilient, secure, and efficient architectures for both technical systems and clinical workflows. Define key data strategies and leverage customer insights to inform product development and architectural decisions.

Healthcare Systems Integration & Optimization

Architect sophisticated healthcare integration solutions that connect Fabric’s platform with complex external environments, including major EHR systems (such as Epic and Cerner) and various third-party APIs. Spearhead initiatives to streamline critical business and clinical workflows and data flows between systems, leveraging modern middleware, iPaaS platforms (like Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato), or custom integrations. Guide the modernization of legacy components to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Governance, Security & Compliance Excellence

Ensure all architectural decisions strictly comply with healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST, and adhere to current cybersecurity best practices. Champion architectural patterns that promote system interoperability, high availability, resilience, and long-term scalability in a demanding production environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Partnership

Act as a key strategic partner, collaborating closely with product management, engineering teams, security professionals, clinical leads, and operations to ensure architectural alignment and successful project delivery. What You Will Bring

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for a highly experienced and capable professional with:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise solution architecture or business systems architecture, with a significant focus within the healthcare industry.
Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, modern cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), and microservices architecture.
