Your Mission: Drive Innovation and Customer Success

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer engagements, collaborating closely with Sales Directors and Regional VPs to showcase the power of our integrated suite of Access Governance and Cloud Security solutions. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration to deliver exceptional functional and technical solutions to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering compelling technical presentations that highlight the value, ease-of-use, and architectural simplicity of our enterprise solutions.
• Effectively communicating solution value to both business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and inquiries.
• Providing expert consultation, technical solutions, and customer support as part of a collaborative Saviynt team.
• Contributing to the creation of comprehensive responses to RFPs and other customer inquiries.
• Proactively managing and prioritizing regional opportunities, working closely with sales teams to drive deals to closure.
• Providing valuable feedback on solutions and competitive intelligence to our product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
• Mentoring and coaching Solutions Engineers on key areas such as solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and POC execution.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in Solutions Engineering. You possess exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills, enabling you to quickly assess needs and deliver tailored solutions to sophisticated customers. You’re also a self-starter with a passion for working in a dynamic, startup-like environment.

Specifically, we’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Deep domain expertise in areas such as Privilege Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or Cloud Security.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, with demonstrable success in relevant solution areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through technical certifications.
• Strong technical skills, enabling you to configure and troubleshoot solutions in the field, including experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Entitlements Management, Access Request, Workflow, Policy and Role Management, Access Certification, Audit, Reporting/Analytics, and Deployment Scenarios.
• Experience with database queries (MySQL and Elastic Search), REST APIs, PowerShell, and GraphAPI.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth/2, SCIM, OpenID, etc.).
• Understanding of data governance concepts and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Experience with regulatory compliance and security frameworks (SOX, NERC-CIP, HIPAA, etc.).
• Familiarity with directory services (AzureAD, Okta, Active Directory, etc.).
• Basic understanding of networking technologies (HTTP, TCP/IP, firewalls, encryption).
• Ability to create strong business and technical documents (scope definitions, proposals, architecture diagrams).
