Your Impact: What You’ll Be Doing

• <Strategic Sourcing Mastery>: Go beyond the basics using advanced techniques like <Boolean search>, <Google X-ray>, <LinkedIn Recruiter>, specialized job boards, and active networking to uncover and engage top passive candidates across various domains.
• <Pipeline Powerhouse>: Proactively build, nurture, and manage robust <talent pipelines> for critical and hard-to-fill positions, ensuring we’re always connected with potential future hires.
• <Collaborative Partnership>: Work hand-in-hand with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role specifics, team dynamics, and company culture, translating needs into highly effective sourcing strategies.
• <Market Intelligence Expert>: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting insightful market research, monitoring industry trends, analyzing the competitive talent landscape, and sharing valuable data-driven recommendations.
• <Exceptional Candidate Experience>: Be the initial positive point of contact for potential candidates, building genuine relationships and guiding them smoothly through the early stages of the hiring journey.
• <Data-Driven Optimization>: Track, analyze, and report on key sourcing metrics and KPIs, using insights to refine strategies and continuously improve effectiveness.
• <Tech Savvy Navigator>: Leverage our cutting-edge recruiting technology stack, including our <Applicant Tracking System (ATS)> and various <sourcing platforms>, to maximize efficiency and outreach.

What You Bring

We’re seeking a sourcer who is not only skilled but also passionate about finding the perfect fit. Here’s what success looks like in this role:

• A proven track record as a <Senior Sourcer> or similar role, demonstrating expertise in identifying and engaging top-tier talent.
• Deep proficiency in advanced <sourcing techniques>, including expert-level <Boolean logic>, creative web searching (<Google X-ray>), and maximizing platforms like <LinkedIn Recruiter>, specialized job boards, and professional networks.
• Significant experience sourcing specifically within sectors such as <BPO>, <Tech>, <Sales>, and <Business Development>.
• Hands-on experience utilizing <HR databases>, <Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)>, and Candidate Relationship Management (<CRM>) tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and clearly articulate opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable and proficient using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in market trends and talent intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not strictly required with commensurate experience.
