Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a <Senior Salesforce Architect> at Nagarro, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our client projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with clients to deeply understand their business use cases and technical needs, translating them into robust and elegant <Salesforce technical designs>.

• Leading the architectural definition and design of comprehensive <Salesforce solutions>, covering areas such as Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Security, and strategic choices between Out-of-Box features, Custom Development, and AppExchange products.

• Defining and enforcing guidelines and benchmarks for Non-Functional Requirements (<NFRs>) throughout the project lifecycle.

• Authoring and reviewing high-quality design documentation that clearly articulates the overall architecture, framework, and high-level design for development teams.

• Conducting thorough architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices concerning extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and <NFRs>.

• Driving technical decisions, exploring different solution options, and selecting the optimal approach that best meets client requirements.

• Understanding and leveraging technology integration scenarios, applying insights to complex project landscapes.

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.

• Solving complex technical challenges and resolving issues through systematic root cause analysis.

• Spearheading Proof-of-Concepts (<POCs>) to validate design approaches and technology choices.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in the Salesforce ecosystem:

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in architecting, designing, delivering, and deploying complex <Salesforce-based technical solutions>.

• Deep, hands-on expertise with <Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud> and <Revenue Cloud> is essential.

• Proficiency across the <Salesforce platform>, including mastery of <Apex>, Visualforce, <Lightning components> (Aura/LWC), and various <Salesforce integration tools> (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, etc.).

• Strong understanding of data modeling, <data integration> strategies, and ETL processes within the Salesforce landscape.

• Proven ability to translate intricate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce suite.

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting solutions covering Data Model, Sharing & Visibility, Security, and making informed decisions regarding Out-of-Box features, Custom Development, and 3rd Party (AppExchange) products.

• Demonstrated experience independently managing client communications and leading requirements gathering sessions.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills across diverse technologies and environments.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to exploring new technologies and technical domains.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and effectively ‘pitch’ complex technical solutions.

• A commitment to mentoring team members, fostering their growth, and empowering them to become solution providers in a flat, collaborative environment.

• Relevant <Salesforce certifications>, ideally including <Salesforce Certified Application Architect>, <Salesforce Certified System Architect>, or equivalent advanced certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
