What You’ll Do
As our Senior Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Optimizing Our Compensation Systems: Identify and address gaps in our current practices, ensuring fair leveling, RSU execution, and accurate band alignment. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Operationalizing Compensation Strategies: Translate our overall compensation and equity strategies into clear, scalable processes that empower managers and employees to understand and apply them consistently.
- Spearheading RSU Program Education: Develop and deliver engaging RSU education materials, including manager guides, FAQs, and concise one-pagers, to clarify eligibility, performance linkage, and overall value.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition: Provide expert guidance on new hire banding and compensation decisions, ensuring competitive offers that reflect internal equity, market data, and the role’s expected impact.
- Designing Innovative Incentive Programs: Collaborate with leadership to create cutting-edge incentive programs, such as milestone-based equity or team rewards, that drive performance and align with our overall objectives.
- Managing Compensation Cycles: Develop and execute annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including comprehensive timelines, manager training, and continuous process improvements.
- Developing Career Frameworks: Draft and refine comprehensive career ladders and job leveling frameworks (P1โM4) that support clear performance standards and provide clear pathways for employee growth.
- Building Strategic Roadmaps: Deliver a data-driven compensation roadmap (6โ12 months) that aligns with business priorities and incorporates feedback from across the organization.
- Leading Market Analysis: Conduct regular market studies and benchmarking activities to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with our global rewards philosophy.

- Data-Driven & Analytical: You excel at extracting actionable insights from data using advanced Excel/Sheets and HRIS tools (BambooHR, Pave, Radford).
- Effective Communicator: You can communicate complex compensation concepts in a clear and concise manner to executives, managers, and employees at all levels.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a high-performance, rapidly evolving environment.
- Globally Minded: You have a solid understanding of international compensation practices, benefits, and equity structures (RSU, ISO, NQSO, etc.).
- Ownership Mentality: You take full accountability for outcomes and are continuously seeking ways to improve our compensation processes.

Salary Range: $124,000โ$146,000 USD
