Conversational AI Solution Architect: Shape the Future of Human-Machine Interaction

Miratech is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Solution Architect specializing in Conversational AI to lead the design and implementation of innovative bot solutions. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of Google Dialogflow (ES/CX) and proficiency in Python. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the development of intelligent bots and automation workflows, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing conversational solutions across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design conversational agents using Dialogflow ES/CX, focusing on intent definition, entity management, context handling, and fulfillment strategies.
• Guide the development of backend services and integrations using Python (Flask, FastAPI, etc.) to connect with APIs, databases, and CRM systems.
• Implement advanced conversational features like event handling, slot-filling, rich responses, and voice interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve accuracy, reliability, and overall bot performance.
• Lead integrations with Google CCAI, telephony systems (IVR, Twilio, Genesys), and contact center platforms to create comprehensive solutions.
• Establish standards for automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring of conversational solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with UX, QA, and business teams to define requirements, ensure a seamless user experience, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience designing and delivering conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow ES/CX.
• Strong Python expertise with experience in frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure a plus) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exceptional problem-solving, system design, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google CCAI, Vertex AI, or large-scale contact center platforms.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and NLP model deployment techniques.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js for middleware or frontend integrations.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools for conversational AI (Dialogflow CX Insights, BigQuery, etc.).
• Prior work on IVR systems, voice bots, or multi-channel conversational architectures.
