Your Impact as a Solutions Architect

Ready to be the bridge between complex technical capabilities and real-world business solutions? As a Solutions Architect at Glia, you won’t just be designing systems; you’ll be shaping the digital customer experience for some of the world’s largest organizations. You’ll collaborate directly with our clients, translating their strategic goals into tangible, high-impact technical implementations that boost engagement, streamline operations, and redefine service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in the entire solution lifecycle, from initial concept to successful deployment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with enterprise clients to deeply understand their business challenges and technical environments.
  • Crafting and proposing innovative, comprehensive technical solutions leveraging Glia’s platform.
  • Translating complex client needs into a clear, executable technical vision and guiding its implementation.
  • Developing essential technical documentation, including detailed statements of work (SOWs), to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Spearheading the successful validation, delivery, and deployment of solutions, upholding rigorous quality and performance standards.
  • Empowering and mentoring internal and external technical teams, ensuring adherence to solution designs and best practices.
  • Articulating complex technical concepts effectively to both technical specialists and non-technical business leaders.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re seeking a seasoned professional with a passion for solving challenging problems and delivering exceptional results. To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of client-facing development or technical consulting experience, with a strong focus on solutions architecture and system design.
  • Solid proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Experience with back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, and/or Ruby.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a strong understanding of the SaaS lifecycle.
  • A proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams within agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach to addressing client needs and driving projects forward.

Going the Extra Mile (Bonus Points)

While not strictly required, experience in the following areas would be a significant plus:

  • Familiarity with contact centers, telephony/VoIP systems, financial services, and/or healthcare technology.
  • Experience implementing serverless architecture, AI, big data, or other emerging technologies in enterprise settings.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or solutions architecture.
