Join Our Team as an Educational Case Manager (Remote)

Are you passionate about student success and thrive in a virtual environment? Tutor Me Education is seeking a highly organized and communicative Educational Case Manager to join our remote team! In this role, you’ll be the vital link between students, families, and instructors, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.

What You’ll Do

As an Educational Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Connecting with Families: Conducting initial consultations with families and students to understand their educational needs and goals.
  • Instructor Coordination: Matching students with the perfect instructors and managing their schedules effectively.
  • Progress Monitoring: Tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring they’re on the path to success.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Providing outstanding support to students and families, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
  • Virtual Operations Support: Providing essential administrative support, including answering inquiries, managing data, and maintaining schedules.
  • Program Management: Ensuring the flawless execution of our programs and initiatives, working closely with our school district partners.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with students, families, and partner program directors to review progress and ensure continued enrollment.

  • Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Virtual Savvy: Proficient in utilizing technology and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
  • Customer-Focused: Dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and acquire new skills quickly.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong virtual relationships with customers, team members, and partners.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
