In this role, you’ll be the vital link between students, families, and instructors, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.
What You’ll Do
As an Educational Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in:
- Connecting with Families: Conducting initial consultations with families and students to understand their educational needs and goals.
- Instructor Coordination: Matching students with the perfect instructors and managing their schedules effectively.
- Progress Monitoring: Tracking student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring they’re on the path to success.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Providing outstanding support to students and families, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
- Virtual Operations Support: Providing essential administrative support, including answering inquiries, managing data, and maintaining schedules.
- Program Management: Ensuring the flawless execution of our programs and initiatives, working closely with our school district partners.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with students, families, and partner program directors to review progress and ensure continued enrollment.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
