Performance Marketing Senior Associate – Paid Social (Meta Focus)

As our Performance Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll be a key player in driving new customer acquisition through paid social media, primarily on Meta. You’ll be hands-on in managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and contributing to the overall strategy for our paid social channels. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of performance marketing, collaborate with talented team members, and impact the lives of people seeking hair wellness.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own & Optimize: Manage day-to-day Meta ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation. Be the “eyes and ears” of our Meta channel, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Launch & Iterate: Execute ad launches, audience updates, bid adjustments, and campaign optimizations across Meta and emerging social channels.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our content management team to brief in concepts, provide creative feedback, and develop a robust creative pipeline.
  • Testing & Innovation: Execute and manage a comprehensive testing roadmap for paid social media initiatives. Troubleshoot performance challenges and identify innovative solutions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver insightful weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations for optimizations.
  • Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external account representatives and internal partners (influencer, creative, community management teams).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in paid social media performance marketing, ideally focused on user acquisition and conversion marketing within the D2C/e-commerce space.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Smartly.io experience is a plus!).
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning, exploring new channels, and pushing boundaries.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: A proactive approach, willingness to dive into new projects, and comfort stepping outside your comfort zone.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau, combined with an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with brand, creative, and tech teams.
  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot and adjust to changes in the market, social platforms, and business goals.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a brand-centric approach.
  • Passion for Creativity: A deep enjoyment and understanding of the creative process.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary ($90,000 – $105,000 USD) commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
