The Opportunity: Senior Field Marketing Manager, India

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and amplify our presence in India. This is a critical role where you will be the driving force behind executing and optimizing demand generation and brand awareness initiatives specifically for the Indian market.

You’ll be the essential link, collaborating closely with our global Marketing teams, alongside key partners in Sales and Product, to ensure our messaging resonates powerfully with target audiences, generates high-quality leads, and accelerates our go-to-market (GTM) strategies in the region.

What You’ll Do to Make an Impact:

Regional Strategy & Execution: Translate global strategies into tailored, integrated field marketing plans for specific markets and verticals within India. Align initiatives closely with regional sales motions and partner ecosystems to maximize brand visibility and drive measurable demand generation.

Event Leadership: Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing all field marketing activities, including industry trade shows, conferences, and exclusive Wiz user groups. Work seamlessly with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of both in-person and virtual events that generate excitement and pipeline.

Sales Empowerment: Become a trusted partner to the India Sales team. Develop and deliver essential marketing assets, tools, content, and resources that directly support their efforts in the field, enabling them to effectively engage prospects and accelerate deal cycles.

Pipeline Acceleration: Collaborate cross-functionally with our Campaigns, Digital, ABM, and Customer Marketing teams to strengthen the marketing and sales funnel, nurturing qualified leads and building robust pipeline opportunities for the sales organization.

Market Intelligence: Be the expert on the Indian market. Continuously analyze and report on local market trends, gather customer insights, and monitor the competitive landscape. Use this intelligence to inform strategic decisions, refine campaigns, and continuously improve performance.

Operational Excellence: Manage the essential operational backbone for field activities, including overseeing swag inventory, coordinating warehousing, and managing vendor relationships across the wider APAC region to ensure smooth execution on the ground.

Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Wiz brand in India. Build and nurture valuable relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and important customers. Ensure the regional team is equipped with the right collateral and messaging to powerfully boost the Wiz brand and value proposition in the market.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

You possess 8+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from B2B technology or the dynamic cybersecurity sector. You not only work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment – you thrive in it.

Your communication skills are outstanding – both written and verbal. You excel at collaborating across diverse functions and building strong, productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You have a proven ability to successfully plan, execute, and measure the impact of both physical and virtual marketing events, demonstrating a track record of delivering ROI.

You are well-versed in current demand generation, lead nurturing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, understanding how to translate these into tangible business results.

You are proficient with core marketing technologies, including CRM platforms (Salesforce is highly preferred) and marketing automation systems (Marketo or similar CMS experience is a plus). You are comfortable tracking, analyzing, and leveraging campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement.

You embody the spirit of a startup – you’re resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get things done. You approach tasks with an “inbox zero” mentality, ready to jump on anything needed, from strategic planning to handling last-minute logistical details with grace and efficiency.
